Kids Music Camp

Kids ages 5 to 11 are invited to music camp at the Folk School of Chattanooga. At camp, kids will have a chance to try many different traditional instruments, such as the guitar, mandolin, fiddle, mountain dulcimer, banjo, and hammered dulcimer. We'll explore music from other countries too! We'll play music games and learn some basic music skills that will apply to any instrument you choose to play now and in the future.

Camp meets from 9am to noon Monday through Friday at the Folk School on Forest Ave., just one block north of Frazier Ave.

Cost is $120 for a single week. If more than one child from a family signs up, the registration fee is only $100 per child. Also, if one child signs up for both weeks, it's $100 per week.

Session 4: July 12-16
