Pete Wernick's Bluegrass Jam Camp in Boulder

March 20 - April 1, 2012: Pete Wernick ("Dr. Banjo") brings his nationally renowned Bluegrass Jam Camp to Boulder, Colorado, at the Boulder Inn. The camp is open to pickers of ALL bluegrass instruments, of all skill levels. Jamming experience is not necessary. 9:30-5:30 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This will be a combination of classroom and hands-on instruction by an experienced, understanding teacher. You will be grouped with others according to experience, and do a lot of jamming, sometimes guided, sometimes on your own! Pete will give group and individual pointers on instrumental technique, harmony singing, and the how-to's of a variety of jam situations.

Pete Wernick taught his first weeklong bluegrass camp in 1980, and over 100 bluegrass and banjo camps since.
