Biography

My Great-Grandmother played harmonica for her
church. I started playing harmonica when I was
around 15 years old. About a year later I began
playing keyboards with my brother in a pop music
garage band. I hooked up with another rock and
roll group for four years in Waxahachie, Texas.
That was really a hoot. I played in a trio for
a couple of years after that (folk rock).
My uncle left a mandolin at Mom's house and I
learned to play it. Currently, I play mostly
Southern Gospel with some more Christians at my
church in a group called The Joyful Noise. We
perform at our church, First Christian Church
of Bryan/College Station, Texas. I am open
to finding others to pick and grin with.
I play harmonica, keyboards, lap steel guitar,
slide guitar, mandolin, bass, jew's harp and I
also sing back-up and harmony.
