Biography
52 years young, been playing acoustic since I was 14 or so, (on/off) Played with a Bluegrass gospel group in '82 and that's where my passion for "Root's" music was born!
Some of my influences are John Prine, Steve Goodman, Doc Watson, Grandpa Jones, Allison Krause, Norman Blake, Johnny Hiland, Nickle Creek, Easter Bros, Ralph Stanley, Mac Wiseman, Cat Stevens, Harry Chapin, Arlo Guthrie, Ray Stevens etc.. etc... etc...
Since then it's just been a hodge podge of hit & miss festivals & fun. But I'm hoping to find one or two semi serious local people to put together a FUN grass/folk program like not seen before. Including some live comedy etc..
