Biography

I've been involved in music all my life but have only been playing mandolin for about six years. My degree is in music performance, specializing in percussion.

After college I went back to school to learn audio engineering and worked at Electric Lady Studios in New York City with name artists like Hall & Oates, The Rolling Stones, Joni Mitchell, etc.

I started writing songs and placing them with artists running the gamut from Menudo to Graham Nash. My music can be heard in a couple movies and on cable TV. About 10 years ago I taught myself fingerstyle guitar and recorded two solo CDs - Music from Dismal Brook & Scattered Pages.

My current interest is learning bluegrass improvisation on mandolin. I know a good number of fiddle tunes and occasionally host bluegrass jams at my home in Randolph, NJ.
