Seirm, the music arm of Slighe nan Gaidheal, Washington's Gaelic language and cultural society will begin a new season of sharing Scottish Gaelic dance tunes and songs in September. The mixed instrument / vocal group currently includes fiddle celtic harps, guitar and pennywhistle. About half our time is spent accompanying our singers and half doing dance tunes.
The group meets three times per month on Monday evenings in North Seattle. For more information, please visit http://www.slighe.com/seirm
