Traditional Irish session, every Monday night. Springfield, MO. Location is a comfortable and friendly local bar/roadhouse (note: smoking is permitted inside). Acoustic melody players with knowledge of traditional Irish music welcome. This is a moderate-tempo to occasionally fast-tempo session, so not for beginners. Regular instruments include fiddle, flute, whistle, uilleann pipes, guitar, concertina, banjo, bodhran. A friendly, and relaxed session.
