Old Time Music Jam

Jam session focusing on the traditional
Old Time string band configuration of fiddle,
clawhammer banjo and guitar backup.
Mandolin players and 3 finger banjo players are welcome
if they keep the volume down and blend.
Tunes are played in unison style, as opposed to break style.
Key changes will be kept to a minimum for the sake
of the banjo players, who have to retune.

We use a song circle format to allow for fresh input and some singing,
but try to keep it moving.
If the backup guitarist is a bluegrasser, we'll be nice and let 'em sing a bluegrass song for their turn.
