Acoustic Jam, Metalton, AR, 2nd Saturday of the Month

The community center in Metalton hosts an acoustic music jam and pot luck the 2nd Saturday of each month. Food at 6, music around 7. A dozen or so musicians (fiddle, banjo, guitar, mandolin, bass) get together for a song circle. Good musicians play bluegrass, gospel, and some C&W. Metalton is on Hwy 21 about 15 mi south of Berryville and 10 mi north of US412. The community center is a white school house on Emu Road, which is the dirt road just west of hwy 21, just south of clear creek bridge. You can see the community center and the parked cars from hwy 21.
