Greenwood Furnace Folk Gathering

Greenwood Furnace Folk Gathering is a fun and friendly weekend of playing and listening to folk music - a fantastic three days of workshops, concerts, jams, dancing and friendship. Activities are held at Greenwood Furnace State Park in central PA, about 30 miles south of State College. This is a gorgeous location with beautiful mountain views, miles of hiking trails, and a six acre lake for swimming and fishing.

Musicians of all instruments and levels are welcome, and there are also options for singers, dancers, and non-musicians. There's a choice of about 45 workshops on topics ranging from old time tunes to musical games to harmony singing to arranging music. Jam sessions will take place throughout the weekend.
