Second Saturday Jam at the Montclair UU

This is an open jam for people who love to play with others. Shared meal (pot luck) at 6pm starts the evening (actually if you are interested there is a music vespers at 5, this month it is classical piano I think) and the jamming starts as soon after 6 as possible. We play and sing what ever the group wants to do. Some months the mix of musicians leads us down a bluegrass/oldetime trail, other times it is a pop/folk mix, in December it was a lot of holiday songs! The goal is having fun, expanding your jamming skills, broadening your transposition abilities. Parking is a pain in Montclair on Saturday, so if you are planning to come and not familiar with the area, email me for parking clues.
