Swing, Standards and Show Tunes Jam

This is a monthly jam session on the first Saturday of each month. We play swing music, standards and show tunes. You won't go wrong if you bring a copy of the Real Book vol 1 (although not all the tunes are drawn from this book). The level of play is intermediate to advanced.

We play primarily acoustic stringed instruments. Gently amplified and wind instruments are also welcome. A grand piano is available at the location where we play if you don't want to bring your own ivories.
