10/11/08 Pickin' Get2Gether in Downey, CA
Howdy all,
My wife (Twyla) & I are having a Guitar Get2Gether @ our house in Downey, CA. We have them about 6 times a year and our next one is on 10/11/08. It starts @ 11 AM and ends @ 9 PM Saturday 10/11/08. We have an Open Mic, with PA set up outside and a Circle type format inside. We will be serving food & drink, but bring your drinks if you have a preference. There will be guitars, banjos, mandolins, hammer dulcimers, hurdy gurdys, drums, pianos, fiddles, & etc.... There will be all kinds of different genres of music. Come and bring family & friends! We will have a Donation Box if you want to contribute towards the food & drink. This is to off set the cost of putting these events every other month (bi-monthly).
