Brown County Breakdown Bluegrass Fesitval
7th annual bluegrass festival in Fairview City park, Fairview, KS. (Approx. 50 miles west of St. Joe, MO; 50 miles north of Topeka, Ks- at the junction of U.S. 36 & 75.)
Plenty of shade, limited 20 and 30 amp hookups. Sorry, dry camping only, first come, first serve. Plenty of jams throughout until the wee hours.
Five hours of high quality Bluegrass, professional emcees, excellent sound and a covered pavallion. BYOLC. (Bring yer own lawn chairs!)
Paid bands include:
The Midday Ramblers, Pastense, Noxie Ridge, Wood Valley Pickers, The Ready Brothers and Banner Creek.
Whole hog bbq supper and dessert table and concessions. Free will offering.
FREE will offering; no cover charge. Majority of the donations pay the bands. This is a non-profit festival. We pocket none of the proceeds.
