Bluegrass Jam on the 4th Saturday of the month. People who play mandolin, banjo, guitar, fiddle, dobro, bass, and bluegrass harmonica are encouraged to come and jam with us. People who like to sing bluegrass songs, or listen to bluegrass, or simply want to know what the heck bluegrass IS are encouraged to come. The jam will be from 2 to 5:00pm. We encourage folks to bring songs and tunes of the "founding fathers" of bluegrass-- Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs, Stanley Brothers, Osborne Brothers, Jim & Jesse--as well as "second generation" bands. This jam is hosted by Lucy Smith, California Bluegrass Association N. CA Area Activities Vice President. Hope to see you there!
