Cracklin' Cornbread Jamboree

Kimberly, Alabama Senior Center - about 15 miles north of Birmingham. From US 31 turn east (right if you are going north) on Stouts Rd. Go one block to stop sign & turn left. Senior Center is about 300 ft ahead on the right. You don't have to be a senior to participate - all ages welcome. We usually have about 10 to 20 participants and any number of spectators. Mostly bluegrass, some country, a lot of gospel. Acoustic instruments only - no amplifiers, please. No alcoholic beverages. We usually have a couple of large coffee pots going, and some snacks (cookies, cakes, etc). No admission charge, but contributions to help pay for utilities are accepted ($2 donation suggested).
