What am amazing concert that must have been! I can't believe I forgot about it. I hope I get another shot at seeing them soon. Thanks so much for pointing out the clips. I am so glad they are available to hear. They are like little jewels.
Is Mason doing guitar frailing or what is that? Whatever it is I loved it.

I didn't take notes, but while Doug is playing a unique old time fiddle style known as "Long-bow" that he learned from a master in Virginia(?), Mason is using a unique claw hammer banjo picking style that he adapted for guitar. Doug said that he doesn't think anyone else out there is doing that, so it was a real treat in many respects. What a collector's item that CD would be!
