Looks like my family just decided to take a little trip the weekend of the 12th, so how's the 19th for everyone?
I'm assuming that Ken is a go and Luke is a positive-looking maybe as usual, so unless anyone else raises an issue in the next day or so, I'll call it for the 19th.

Will miss another Jam...but hope all have a great time. I know it will be another great one, the first for 2008!

hey everybody...are there any songs we should be working on for the next jam..and in what key...and i think there should be some songs that we play each jam so we can get good at playing them together...just a suggestion...stan

Bring some chord sheets!
I don't want the jam to feel too much like practice (ie, work) but we do tend to try a few songs over and over again...we did "Knocking on Heaven's Door" pretty regularly for a while.
"House of the Rising Sun" is another that comes up pretty regularly.
I wouldn't mind doing those again, as well as:
Star of the County Down
St. James Infirmary
The Rock
(I just like that one, and it's good barre chord practice.)
I'll try to get chord sheets ready for those.
