This Friday night (August 31st) starting at about 9pm US Central time we will be doing maintenance work on the folkjam.org site that will require that we take it off line for a period of time, perhaps up to two hours.

This scheduled downtime includes a disruption in service to the RSS feeds that drive jam and event listings on several other sites.

We appreciate your understanding and your use of the site.

All done

As anticipated we were down for maintenance last night for a few hours. All went well and the site is back on line. This maintenance work was a fairly major upgrade to the core of the site, and one that we've been working on since Memorial day. We are glad to have this work behind us so that we can return to building new features on the foundation that we've upgraded and reworked.

You won't see much different on the site from the upgrade - we've worked hard to make sure everything still works as well as you've come to expect it to.

Thanks for your support.

Scott
