Optimizations

As you've been telling your friends about folkjam and use of the site has been increasing, we've seen some performance problems here and there. I've been chasing them down fixing small items here and there. Tonight I found (and fixed) a very big problem.

I'm curious to know whether you see better overall performance out of the site now.
