Interesting times and hardware failures

Well, it has been a fun two days for us.

Two nights ago an attack against our site took us out(we get attacked multiple times a day as most web sites do). The site came back up quickly, it just took us waking up and noticing it was down.

Last night the motherboard in the server that houses folkjam.org failed and took a few components along with it. Our hosting provider's administrator John has literally worked all day to diagnose and repair our server, which we greatly appreciate. Since you are reading this the server is obviously back up.

Apparently Murphy is our latest user.
