The Riverfolk Festival begins with a Party in the Park event on Friday Aug 6, 2010 featuring Trent Wagler and the Steel Wheels and Louisiana Cajun music by a group to be announced soon. Visit RiverfolkFestival.org for updates.

Festival-goers are promised a stellar lineup of acoustic entertainment, lively music and dance workshops, juried art fair, Kids’ area workshops and more… Bring your own lawn chairs, kids, and coolers, but please keep the pets at home! Main Stage performers include nationally acclaimed bluegrass, Cajun, old time traditional acts. Free parking and shuttle all day and evening
