This annual Tri-State Bluegrass Festival has been moved from Hannibal MO to the new venue in Quincy IL - just across the river! New Venue is the HOLIDAY INN, 4821 Oak St., (Just W. of Walmart on Broadway), QUINCY IL 62301.
