Loanhead Music Festival

Loanhead Music Festival is an acoustic session-based event attracting musicians from the local area and from much further afield. In addition to sessions, there is a concert, an open mic event with competitions, a craft fair and music workshops.

The Festival is 12 years old in June 2012. We have a few special treats lined up for this year, but the emphasis is still very much on sessions and fun. Come and help us celebrate on 8th to 10th June 2012. Loanhead is very easy to find, being just south of the city of Edinburgh, where the A720 City Bypass crosses the A701 Edinburgh to Penicuik.
