The Alferd Packer Memorial String Band presents the 23rd annual Tax Night Party in the Main Post Office, at 7th and Vermont, in Lawrence, Kansas. Over the years this has become a revered community event, covered by local media as well as National Public Radio, The Wall Street Journal, and CBS Sunday Morning.
