We do potluck at 6:00 and jam until 10:00. We play the old time fiddle tunes on fiddles, banjos, mandolins, guitars and such. All acoustic. We’d love to have you join us. We have a nice wood floor, cloggers welcome.

Held at Longview Community College in Lee's Summit, MO, includes workshops, jams, and concerts. Workshops in all acoustic instruments including Hammered and Mountain dulcimers. Music Vendors, Jam Sessions and evening concerts are also a part of the JAM. Advance registration discounts until May 15th, Students are half price with ID. Jam session hosted by members of the JAM Festival Committee runs in the student center on the campus of Longview Community College at the Jubilee of Acoustic Music. This acoustic jam is open to anybody - no ticket to the Jubilee of Acoustic Music is required.

After the Friday night concerts come join an open jam session where you can play with many of the teachers and performers from the 2008 Jubilee of Acoustic Music. You might have the opportunity to play with Jacquie Manning, Rich Prezioso, Christie Burns, Butch Ross, Dana Hamilton, Carl Cook, Cindy Egger-Farris, Princess Harris, Karen Daniels, Troy Pulver, Emily Wyatt, Martha Haehl, Richelle Basgall, Chris Carr and Rachel Bowerman.
